Success and Thanks
Thank you to all who supported our race and those who came out to brave the chilly morning! Help Mend Broken Hearts was a huge success this year, raising over $18,000!!!! We couldn't have accomplished this without all of your kindness and generosity, thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!! Kasey is smiling down on all of you.
This is Eva, a four year old with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome. She has had four open heart surgeries. When she saw the finish line, she told her Mom "I want to run there!". The picture says it all....AMAZING!
The Event
Come run and help mend broken hearts! This race is in memory of my daughter, Kasey, who died of complications from her congenital heart defect. All monies rasied will be donated to charities that support children born with heart defects.
